We’re open 365 days of the year and our customer service team are available 24/7 to answer any queries you have.
Where do your moissanite gemstones come from?
Moissanite365 are approved Charles and Colvard retailers, we retail a huge selection of premium Forever One set rings. We also set our own D colour moissanite365 stones within a large portion of our collections.
Do you issue diamond certification with your rings?
We only set small diamond melee within our collections, these are conflict free diamonds and we do not issue certification with these diamonds.
What are your delivery times?
We ship most of our orders within 10-15 working days. A small selection of products can take a little longer to dispatch and you will be notified of your estimated dispatch date once your order has been placed. Need your order urgently? Get in touch now and our team will expedite your order for you if possible.
Can I add an engraving to my ring?
Yes, of course. Engraving does incur an additional fee of €50.00, please get in touch to add engraving to your order. Please note, any customisations (including engraving) does invalidate your returns policy as your ring cannot be restocked.
Is your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes, all our jewellery is hallmarked in line with EU legislation.
What metals do you use?
All our standard collections are cast in 18k white gold and platinum. All our rings can be produced in 9k, 14k and 18k golds, including yellow and rose gold. Please get in touch to request a different metal variant.
What if I order the wrong ring size?
We understand ring resizing is required from time to time and charge a one of resizing fee of €50.00 for this service. Customers are responsible for all postage costs incurred. We charge a flat rate signed for, fully insured and tracked postage fee of €49 for all dispatches.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery within Europe. Moissanite365 is not liable for any return postage costs. We recommend all return orders are posted via recorded and insured delivery.
Why can you not dispatch an order paid with PayPal to an alternative address?
For security reasons dictated by PayPal we are unable to deliver to an alternative delivery address.
How will my parcel be delivered and can I track my order?
All our orders are posted via our dedicated courier service, fully insured to your door and require a signature on arrival. On dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you offer an express delivery option?
We can expedite a large number of our collections, please request an urgent order status if you require an express delivery.
Will the packaging be discreet?
Yes, all packages are secure and discreet with no branding.
When do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All advertised website costs include VAT and no additional duties or taxes are payable within Europe*. (*Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and a small number of countries are liable for duties and taxes, however, we can zero rate your invoice and remove 20% VAT costs at your request).
Can I specify a delivery date?
Absolutely, we’ll do our very best to accommodate any specific delivery date.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within Europe, not including the UK & Ireland. If in doubt please get in touch with our helpful customer service team.

How does the 30 day refund guarantee work?
Your 30 days money back guarantee begins the day you receive your item and you have 30 days to return your item for an exchange or refund should your item not be suitable.
How can I return an item for a refund?
Simply request a refund authorisation number by contacting our team and return your item for a full refund. We do not charge a restocking fee. Moissanite365 is not liable for any return postage costs and we recommend you return your order special insured delivery.
