30 Day Returns Policy



Our 30 day returns policy starts from the date you receive you order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in and unworn condition, the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items that are retuned with significant wear and tear, in a used condition or damaged are liable for applicable repair fees. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We do not accept returns for engraved, personalised or bespoke made to order items.

If you would like to return your item, please email hello@moissanite365.com for a refund authorisation number and return details. Moissanite365 are not liable for any return postage costs.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.


If you would like to exchange your item, please email hello@moissanite365.com for an exchange authorisation number and return details.

For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We always recommend you use a trackable shipping service with insurance, the item is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by Moissanite365.

Damaged Goods

All Moissanite365 orders are triple checked, photographed and quality checked by our qualified jewellers prior to dispatch. In the very unlikely event your item arrives damaged we kindly ask that you inform us of any defects within 3 days. Any manufacturing defects are covered by our 30 day returns policy and will be rectified or replaced free of charge.
